SHIPPING

Delivery times may vary depending on where you live and it may take longer to reach you. All products are aimed to be shipped within 3 working days once the order has been placed. Please let me know in the notes box at checkout if you urgently require the item in time for a special occasion and I will do my best to post the item as quickly as possible but this is not guaranteed. I do offer Express UK delivery, please see the list of delivery charges below.

Please note that the delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances such as holidays, distance and other factors outside of my and the courier's control.

RETURNS

As all products are made to order, refunds are unavailable unless it is received damaged. If an item arrives damaged and you would like to return it for a refund simply contact me within 48 hours after you received the item, and I will provide a return address. Please ensure that returned items must be in the original unused condition with the original packaging and labels they arrived in.

Unfortunately I cannot offer returns after 48 hours of receiving the item have past. Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable and the safe return of goods remains the customer's responsibility until it has been received. Therefore I recommend that the parcel you return is tracked or signed for and retain proof of postage. Please post returns as soon as possible and within 14 days after delivery.

Once I have received your returned item I will notify you by email whether the item has been approved or rejected for your refund. A full refund will be issued to the card that was used when placing the order. Please ensure 3-5 working days for your money to show in your account.
