How do you design your scarves?

I hand draw and paint my artwork before scanning and digitally arranging each painted element into the final design. You can see the story and process behind each of my scarf designs here.
Are scarves gift wrapped?

Yes! Every scarf is specially wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a gift box, ready to be opened by you or as a special gift to a loved one.
Do you offer bespoke designs?

Unfortunately not. However, I am designing many more scarves and new products so keep your eyes peeled.
Where are your products manufactured?

All of my products are made to order here in the UK.
Do you take commissions?

Unortunately I do not take commissions at this time.

How can I keep up to date with new products?

An item is out of stock, when will I be able to purchase it?

As all of my products are made to order, there are a limited amount of stock availability but once sold out, all items will be restocked dependant on manufacturing times. If there is an item you would like to buy which is currently out of stock, please feel free to drop me an email and I'll be able to make this a priority to update the stock for you.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact me if you would like to cancel or amend your order. However, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the items are despatched.
Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course! Please write in the 'notes' box at checkout that you would like to send your order as a gift directly to the gift recipient and no pricing information will be included. If you forgot to mention this when purchasing, please contact me as soon as possible before the item is despatched.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Card payments or PayPal
How long until I receive my order?

For UK orders it will usually take approximately 3-5 working days once shipped but for international orders it can take 10-15 working days. For more details, please see here.
Where are you based?

I am based in Surrey, UK.
Where do you ship to?

You can check this in checkout when you select delivery country but unfortunately due to customs, I am unable to ship to the EU.
Do you offer fast shipping?

It takes 1 to 3 days until items are posted. For urgent orders I offer Express UK delivery which should reach you within 48 hours of posting, you can select this at checkout. Please see Shipping options for more details.
